My Story
I started my welding journey in 1990 during shop class in high school. I discovered that it was something I truly enjoyed and turned it into a 34 year career so far. During this career, I have had the opportunity to work on such things as railroad cars, heat processing equipment, and even got to weld the spikes for some large skyscrapers that are still seen on the Mobile, Alabama Skyline. I have the ability to flux core weld, stick weld, hard wire weld, hard facing weld, and also fabricate. God willing, and he always provides, I can continue this journey for many years to come. Because of God's favor, I was able to start my dream business in CT called Southern C.O.G. Welding and Fabrication. Being an Alabama boy, the "Southern" is self-explanatory being a Child of God is where the C.O.G. comes from. I am just a cog in the giant wheel of life he creates for us, and am blessed to be able to share my gifts with others. I hope to assist you with all of your welding and fabrication needs.
